Chaitanya Education Society is a charitable, non-profit, non-political, and service-oriented philanthropic organisation rooted in the cultural soil of Khamgaon District Buldhana of Maharashtra India. Guided by the ancient Vedantic truth of seeing the living Divine in every human soul, the society has dedicated itself for over four decades to selfless humanitarian action—serving all without distinction of caste, creed, religion, or race.
Drawing deep inspiration from the timeless teachings of Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna, Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi, Swami Vivekananda, and India’s rich spiritual heritage, the organisation strives to bridge spiritual vision with grassroots social upliftment. What began as humble local service has grown into an enduring institutional movement: nurturing character through value-based schooling, providing educational access to rural children, delivering healthcare assistance, and extending social relief to the underprivileged.
The Visionary Foundation
The genesis of this mission lies in the dedication of Sri Sadashiv Malharrao Trikal, a revered English teacher whose life was profoundly shaped by Swami Vivekananda’s clarion call for educational reform. Witnessing the limitations of conventional, purely commercial learning, he committed himself to establishing an institution anchored in Vivekananda’s philosophy:
“Education is not the amount of information that is put into your brain and runs riot there, undigested all your life. We must have life-building, man-making, character-making assimilation of ideas.”
